Residential development for up to 70 residential dwellings
The proposed development site is in an area of approximately 2.20ha (5.4 acres). It is 1km north-west of Loggerheads Village Centre and situated immediately north of Eccleshall Road which connects Mucklestone Village and Loggerheads Village. The site is regarded as highly sustainable due its proximity to the built edge of Loggerheads.
An application was submitted for 70 dwellings on 3rd October 2017.
The application was refused on 3rd January 2018 and we are currently awaiting dates for an appeal.
The appeal was heard at full Inquiry in November, and the Inspector will make his decision on or before 25th January 2019.
