Planning permission for 40 dwellings granted in June 2016, providing 30% affordable housing.

The site sits on the western edge of Alsager just within the Haslington Parish. To the east and south lie a large area of surburban housing.

Alsager is a highly sustainable village and benefits from a primary & secondary school , shops, medical centre, bank, pharmacy and a train station, as well as many other public amenities. The village is also located in very close proximity to J16 of the M6 and A500.

August 2015

An outline planning application was submitted for 40 dwellings

November 2015

The application was recommended for approval at committee, but was refused planning permission.

February 2016

Muller appeal the refusal and submitted a planning appeal along side an appeal for costs

June 2016

This was later allowed and outline planning permission granted on 8th June and costs were awarded to Muller

Appeal Decision
